Payment Plans

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, along with debit cards.

Insurance Plans: We are a fee for service practice, which means that we are considered an out of network provider with all commercial insurance plans. Patients are responsible for what their contracted plan does not cover. We are happy to submit and handle your claims for you to ensure efficient and timely payment from your insurance company, however, if your plan does not respond within 60 days, patients are responsible for their account balance.
